Results of the Russian-Chinese Business Forum held within the frames of InterAuto

The Russian-Chinese Business Forum was held within the frames of the business program of the 17th International exhibition of automotive industry InterAuto.

Forum experts from the Russian side:

• Nikolai Valuev (Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the VI and VII convocations).
• Ekaterina Eremina (Public Commissioner for cargo transport and interregional cargo transportation).
• Artur Terisayan (Public Commissioner for Transport).
• Alexander Korotkov (President of the STOR Expert Guarantee Association).
• Anton Yakovlev (CEO of UREMONT.com).

Experts from the Chinese side were 14 representatives of factories and enterprises for the production of automotive parts. On the Chinese side, the discussion was chaired by Ma Shuang (Chairman of the Beijing Yabaolu International Chamber of Commerce (BYICC), Head of the Center for International Trade and Economic Development between Beijing and Moscow).

The following issues were discussed at the forum:

• vectors for the development of international relations between Russia and China in the automotive parts market;
• optimal supply chains to the Russian market;
• work with logistics terminals;
• optimization of cooperation in the field of financial guarantees and quality guarantees of products supplied from China.

The Russian side considered the possibility of cooperation with China for the further development of the automotive parts market aiming to supply continuously the market with a required range of products.

The outcome of the meeting was a cooperation agreement signing between the Russian STOP Association and the Beijing Yabao Road Chamber of Commerce.
